Katsu House is the first mobile Japanese Street Food Kitchen.

We venture into the heart of Camden Market, the Food Court, to interview vendors who are using Practi point of sale system. The aim of these videos was to film real life people and companies using Practi’s system, to show how it makes their business operating easier, more simple and fit for the modern age.
